Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Field sales Executive will be responsible for enable digital payments at unorganised retailers
a. New on boarded retailers should understand the complete payments acceptance process and its benefits.
b. Download and login the merchant app for their easy reconciliation of payments taken by retailers.
c. Communication of applicable merchant offers on accepting digital payments.
2. Revisit existing merchants
a. Visit existing merchant and resolve if merchant having any issue.
b. Re-merchandise the shop to ensure Paytm visibility.
c. Communication of applicable merchant offers on accepting digital payments.
d. Encourage merchants to take more digital payments by re-empathies of benefits.
3. Insurance products pitching to merchants.
4. Small Loan product pitching to merchants.
